Up to 79 participants from core and mentor cities, as well as lead experts, took part in the ICC Thematic meeting on Reskilling on 8 January 2021. The meeting was an opportunity for ICC Cities to share their views on support services and potential collaboration activities envisaged during the ICC trajectory.
Following the explanation of the Pact for Skills by the European Commission, the ICC team presented the outline of a practical City Guide on Reskilling, coming up under the ICC.
In addition, the meeting counted on presentations on inspiring examples of upskilling and reskilling initiatives from the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region, the City of Pori and the City of Derry/Londonderry.
