On Tuesday 22 June 2021 (14.00-16.00 CET), the European Commission will host an information session on how to successfully prepare a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) or Public Procurement of Innovative (PPI) solutions type proposal for the Horizon Europe programme.
This online webinar session will explain:
- the funding conditions for these funding instruments
- how the evaluation and submission process works
- and the novelties that were introduced compared to the previous Horizon 2020 programme based on lessons learnt from past projects
This open event is relevant for public procurement departments and cities, which will receive specific information about available grants under Horizon Europe for innovation procurement. These grants are in line with the thematic tracks of the Intelligent Cities Challenge, particularly Citizen participation and digitisation of public administration.
The webinar will also include a dedicated Q&A session to answer any questions on innovation procurement proposals.
